Welcome to a morning of relaxation, reset and movement with Lianne from Flow by Season’s yoga.

Get layered up and join friends and new people alike for an outdoor yoga class hosted by The Bridge Inn.

This is a 45 minute easy vinyasa flow class; suitable for all levels of experience and all bodies options to move in a way that feels good for you will be given throughout.

We’ll incorporate Qigong, breath practices and a flow leaving you feeling open and energised ready for the weekend. I teach Seasonal yoga so there is always a nod to the energy, emotions and focus of the Season in each class.

Classes are £5 and are required to be booked in advance however can be paid for on the day.
